Crispy Chinese Chicken

4 chicken breasts

1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt

2 1/2 teaspoons chinese 5 spice powder

1 tablespoon vegie oil

 

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and 5 spice powder.

Heat oil in a pan over high heat, add chicken and cook 4 mins each side or until cooked through.

Cut into pieces and serve
