<li class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-AU">Cut the butter into small cubes with a blunt knife. Rub the      pieces into the flour so that it looks like breadcrumbs.</span><span lang="EN-AU"> </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-AU">Grate the cheese and stir it into butter and flour.</span><span lang="EN-AU"> </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-AU">Add the egg yolk and enough water to make stiff dough.</span><span lang="EN-AU"> </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-AU">Knead until the dough is smooth.</span><span lang="EN-AU"> </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-AU">On a lightly floured table roll the dough until it is 1cm      thick.</span><span lang="EN-AU"> </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-AU">Cut into shapes with a cutter or a knife.</span><span lang="EN-AU"> </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-AU">Carefully place the shapes onto a baking tray. Bake for      10-12 minutes until golden brown.</span><span lang="EN-AU"> </span></li>
</ol>

Mini Pizza recipe. 

Pastry  - 1 cup plain flour, 2oz/60g grated cheese(finely grated) 2oz/60g butter 1 egg yolk 1 tablespoon cold water. Rub butter into flour, add cheese, egg and water to make dough.

250g/8oz ground beef/mince
salt,pepper
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon cornflour
2 tablespoons water
1 beef stock cube
375g/12oz  puff pastry

<p class="MsoNormal"><span>Stir in curry powder. cook 1 minute.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>Add meat mixture to pan and stir until meat is brown.Drain off excess fat.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>Blend cornflour with wateradd to meat mixture with crumbled stock cube.Cook a further minute.Allow to cool.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>Cut pastry into squares. Put a spoonful of meat mixture onto each.Brush edges of pastry with water.Fold in half a press down firmly.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>Bake in the oven (220C/450F) for about 10-15 minutes.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>Serve with a dipping sauce of fruit chutney (1 cup), 1 teaspoon grated ginger and1 teaspoon soya sauce.</span></p>
